Hi I had a new Antenna installed a year ago. Recently I have lost many of the channels. Do you know what this could be? Or are you able to check?

  Hi Mary, thankyou so much for your question. There are many things that can create issues. Most electronic devices now either run off battery or have a switch mode power transformer installed. Switch mode transformers can radiate back into a television antenna system. Similarly bad connections, faulty or aerials, or baluns can also create issues. I cannot recommend Andrew highly enough. He was referred to me by another company who came to my house last week and were unable to resolve my reception problems, (no digital channels receivable, I live in Cape Schanck and have double-storey houses either side of me, one with solar panels which effects reception). Andrew arrived on time and spent nearly three hours fixing the issues that I had. He was upfront about what I might be looking at regards cost and whether or not he could help. Not only was he able to resolve my issues he also installed a T.V in my daughters room that I has bought the same day and then offered to install a new T.V that i had bought a month ago but had not set up due to reception issues. When he offered to do that and I said Am I pushing my luck?” he replied and I quote “I don’t leave until everything is done right.” He set up my new set and also made sure that my old set which went into my other daughters room was working properly. For good old-fashioned exemplary service, Andrew is the man to call as he truly does specialise in difficult reception areas, he’s also quite personable. FIVE STARS!

I can recommend Andrew highly . Firstly , he was on time . Always a good start . Pleasant , courteous and from the first moment I was confident he was on top of the problem . He solved the issue with pixelation quickly and successfully in a short time with a minimum of fuss . Thanks Andrew – job well done .
